Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or No-Shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows: A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to rebook. • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15+ minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment and/ or be charged a late fee up to 50% of their scheduled service.
